The Verona High School Alumni Association (VHSAA) will be accepting Hall of Fame Nominations for the 2008 Class until June 1, 2008.

Scholarships Announced

The Verona High School Alumni Association (VHSAA) is pleased to announce they will be offering scholarships for 2008 high school graduating seniors. Two types of scholarships will be available.

ALL Verona High School seniors who are planning to continue their education in the fall of 2008. This application is available only at VHS through Diane Newman in the guidance department. Verona High School Seniors, click here to download your application.

Non-VHS graduating seniors who are planning to continue their education in the fall of 2008 and had at least one parent, guardian or grandparent that graduated from Verona High School. Non-Verona High School Seniors, click here to download your application.

About Us

The Verona High School Alumni Association strives to reconnect our graduates through alumni events and to support the further development of our alma mater for a new generation of students.

In 2003, Sue Smith Betcher and Monica Vincent, VHS Alumni, formed a committee that would eventually become the Verona High School Alumni Association. Our current alumni directory contains several hundred names of alumni, former students and former faculty. The Association is governed by an Executive Committee of former students. The governing body of the VHSAA is an elected Board of Trustees and organized by structure bylaws stipulating how the organization will be managed and how officers are elected. In 2005, the VHSAA was honored by the Verona Mayor and Town Council at the Annual Mayor's Ball as the recipient of the "Spirit Award".

Membership in the organization shall be open to all who attended and/or graduated from Verona High School and to any other individual who may wish to join the organization, including by not limited to, present, and former superintendents, administrators and teachers of Verona High School and present and future members of the Verona Board of Education.
